Im a new member and cannot seem to access the buy/Sell/Trade forum or find the detailed forum rules other then the generic signup rules.
I have been able to post my comments and create new topics, is there a "So many posts before accessing the full site" rule? I also dont see any administrators if there are any?

You are correct,, you have to have a few posts before access to the BST forum is available to you. Cant remember exactly how many, but it isnt to onerous, Just enought to keep the fly by night spam advertisers out. Hang in there...

Yep, as Boomer said the number is 40 posts and this was done to help keep the spammers out.
As far as site admin that would be JohnK.
There are also the site moderators who are:

and me
Lovesrugers.
If you ever have a problem one of us can usually solve it.
