Okie2,
I think I've read somewhere that the Moderators/Owner of the Handloads.com site have chosen to only post load data that can be confirmed to be safe and accurate.

I also remember one of the Mods say there hasn't been a lot of free time to test these or research these as they are submitted.

I'm thinking maybe the mechanism to submit may have been removed until a future time but I am only guessing. I'm sure someone has better info on this than me.
