Just when you thought it was safe I have just completed the nra instructors coarse. Yeah for me. Kind of did it just because it was available in my area. Nice course. I shot the test with my reloads in 9mm and they performed great. I got 60 points out of 60 possible. Long weekend though.    Craig

Good for you. How was the course? Do you recommend it?

To be honest I didn't know too much about it other than with it you could give CCW classes. There is a friend that wants to get into that business and I might help him but not sure. Again just available in this area and not going to be available for 6 months or so so I thought I better go for it now. The course was good but a lot was on teaching skills vs gun skill and I have done a lot with 4H in the past so the teaching and public speaking was kind of boring to me but the others in the class needed it so it was OK with me. The shooting was before class and went very well. Craig

Thanks Craig- Answered a lot of my questions on the
course. I forgot about the CCL/CCW aspect of it.
