Ranger,

       Why don't you go through the internet? I have
had good luck ordering stuff from Cabela's and Midway
among others.

Can't afford the shipping & hazmat fees. Cheaper for me to buy powder & primers locally. That shop across the lake has what I need. Is closer. And costs less than the one I used to go to.

Well sir, each are right at 40 miles from me and I've been going to Tyler for some years now. Always crowded, but ain't they all being full of us old geezers! Gotta admit that the doc I got stuck with when my other one transferred to Ft Worth don't impress me. Got a name four feet long and can only be pronounced by a blue lady with eight arms! Never looks at anything but the computer during an examination then when done says to come back in six months. Don't mean nuthin. We're all just slabs of meat to them. They want old vets to die off so they can play with the younger guys & gals with arms and legs blown off. They have more fun with them as it ain't all geriatrics and boring like with the old guys. Sucks, but it's all I got....

I accidentally shut off this subject. Didn't realize
what I was doing. I especially didn't mean to offend
anyone including the Old Ranger.
My apology, My mistake

Zeke, you're fine. This threads all over the place. Your input was a valid point. No need to apologize at all. We're golden!

Just an update, I'm in rehab now in Nacogdoches.. They do dialysis
Tues, Thurs and Sat for 4 hours per session. I can get out of bed, but
not a whole lot more. This facility is only 25 miles from my house, so it's
a little easier for my wife to get here.

I think I have another 14 days before my Medicare runs out, but that
should be enough time to build up enough to make it. I've been in the
hospital and rehab since Christmas Eve and I'm ready for things to
return to normal.
