It seems that those that handled the inmates created by the ones that arrested them, quietly come to the aid of an old broken down horseback cop. Rick, our Hamgunner, volunteered on his own accord to see me through a lube and lead drought down here in a most desolate place. Was like a package from home when in the jungle years ago. Packed with goodies! Lube of special design and making, lead bars, and some dandy castings. Tasty stuff. Just what the doctor ordered! Thank you Rick!

P.S. If I spoke out of turn and you wanted to remain anonymous, opps... just thought a good deed like this should be noted among the group here.

No problem, Wade. Those bars are remelted Linotype. Likely very close to 19-20 BHN at least. Would be good to toughen up some soft lead perhaps or whatever use you might find for it.

Let us know how the lube works down in Texas. It is almost a bit too hard in my basement when it gets under 60 degrees, but It seldom gets that cool down there. Should flow just fine in Texas.

Well Rick, the lube works great! Been in the 70s to 80s here. Lube flows great in my old 450 sizer. Loaded some .38Spl with some 358429 and modest load of Unique. Zero leading, and there was a nice lube star on the muzzle of my old wheelgun. Oh, and I could smell the crayons when firing. Was faint, but my old nose picked up on it. Sure beats the tar outta the old Ideal lube I had found when scrounging in desperation. Good stuff!
Thanks again. You make good lube.
