This is a Gould & Goodrich FZB 34 for the 4" K-Frame S&W. I found it with many in a bin at the LGS. They

wanted $5.00 each for these holsters. I purchased one.
These were thumb brake holsters & I removed the safety straps & used this for my M-67 as a practice draw
holster. I have no complaints.
