I keep seeing ads for .22 reloader.com, for reloading .22
LR and .22WMR. Picture doesn't show any type of turret
press, the device has what looks like pliers handles.
Anyone have any experience with this?

Interesting site, I wish I was rich, or still working even.

There's not much you will be able to do on a turret press for loading .22 rimfires, other than sizing. They use a heel base bullet that can't be crimped in the same way as what you are used to and that is the function of the plier type tool.
