Remembering Paul5388, today was Paul Jett's birthday and
it is sad that he is no longer with us. We have lost
several members over the years, so on this day, may we
reminisce those handloaders who have gone before us!
May they hold us a seat at the range upstairs!

Facebook notified me today that it was Paul's brithday.    I miss him,
he was a great person to converse with and a real gentleman.

Yes, we've lost many over the years.

The 6 gun was once as common as the cellphone is today, and just as annoying when it went off in the theater.

I thought of Paul several times since he has been gone!

I have a .50 cal. BMG boat tail that I have had on my
reloading bench for almost ever and it appears to be
just a normal FMJ bullet that weighs 694 gr. and
measures 2.255. I picked it up off a range at FT. Bragg
a while back. A long while back. I also have a loaded
SL-45 round that I also found there but no easy way to
pull it to measure the weight and bullet length.

The above idiot (SAARA) is apparently a troll. He has copied one of my responses to a past post.

See that Ham....

Miss Paul too, even sold him a 1911 Colt 45 many years ago.
First to welcome me here, will never forget him.

I've been gone from this forum for too long. I am just now reading about the passing of Paul5388, and I am profoundly saddened. He was one of the good ones.

Just yesterday I came across a slip of paper with Paul's address and
phone number that Paul had sent to me. I had to stop for a minute to
again think of him and how much he's missed.
