Hello all. I am new to the forum. Thought u
would throw this out there.

Since I have been developing these and
testing a few different loads, such as #4
shot, #6 shot in 5.56 and am pplanning BB,
as well as #4, #8 and BB with 300 BLK tested,
I am just looking at public reaction and
interest to determine where to go with it
from here. Videos may be found at

Hello and welcome to the forum.

I don't have any purpose for such loads, but if they keep ya grinning, enjoy!

Regards, Guy

Welcome aboard.

I have no interest in them, because I have no interest in the AR-15 in general. But since that is about all I see others shooting at the range I'm sure you'll find someone interested.

I used to do some experimenting of my own and encourage you to follow through with your ideas.

Thank you for the responses. Now that we have
passed the cycling hurdle, what we can do
with this idea is where we are working now. I
plan some ballistics gel test especially on
the 300 with BB shot that showed tight
pattern. Be nice to see how deep the .177
multi-projectiles penetrate as a high
pressure round.

Interesting idea. At least you got them to pattern on the target. Have fun with your testing.

I was not surprised at the limited number of hits on the target.
The problem that you face when firing shot through a rifled barrel is that
the rifling spins the shot charge just like it spins a bullet. As soon as the
shot emerges from the muzzle, it spins into a torus with most of the
shot on the outside of the “spinning donut” and only a few in the center.

I am curious about what size shot was used in the video and how much
of it in each load. How did you contain the shot so that you could load
it?
The 300 BLK especially.....how much shot was loaded in each round?
Total pellet count for 10 rounds?
What was the distance to the target?
