Saw a pound of Unique at our local Walmart this last week.
Are things getting better or what!

No powder shortage here. That silliness ended two years ago. Buy by the 8 lb. kegs. Also 22 lr ammo at 6 cents a shot which is stupid but better than ten cents all you want.

In Harve Montana their Wal-Mart sells all sorts of
reloading supplies. You don't see any Wal-Mart in Texas
stocking any reloading supplies. Where I live they don't
even stock Hoppe's #9! RemOil shows up now and then.
Maybe....

The Wally Worlds in WA don't have anything but some ammo.
Now, just 30 miles away in ID lots of everything for reloading. At WW & Cabelas.

I wish Wal Mart here had reloading components. There was a big chain in the part of the world called Gibson's that pretty well shut down a few years ago, there were two big ones in Lawton, Oklahoma when I lived there which both stocked quite a bit. As far as I know, there's only a few Gibson's left, but the little one in nearby Clay Center does keep some primers and powder and isn't priced too badly either.

The PX on Fort Richardson and on Elmendorf AFB used to keep a lot, but in Anchorage, every retail business in town carried guns and ammo.

Our Walmart in North Platte doesn't carry a lot, just a handful of powders, bullets and primers. I was just surprised to walk in and see Unique on the shelf.

I have enough fast to medium handgun powder to last quite a while but it's always good to see it on the shelves.

The arthritis in my hands has really gotten bad this spring so about 7 grains of unique with a cast bullet is about all I want anymore. I do keep a box or two of 14 grain loads of 2400 because they shoot so goods.
Getting old isn't as much fun as I thought it was going to be.
