Had the honor of shaking hands with Mr. Plumley. He was in
the 3rd Army under General Patton. He fought the Battle of
the Bulge & was awarded the Sliver Star.

A friend of mine was also in that battle. Kenny started at Omaha Beach and had a long walk. We may never see the like of those men again!

Rex they were great men. I have a friend in the 101st who
jumped behind the lines in the early dark hours of D-Day.
He went on to jump again. He was at Bastogne all winter.
He made it home with only one Purple Heart.

Then they were many great men in Korea. I know a few of
those.

Then there's my generation. The heat/humidity guys of
Vietnam. The conditions they fought in were horrible.
These were also great men. Many heroes from that war.
