I found a half box of 9mm 147g hydra shock JHP so I looked for two days for bullets to top off the box of 100. Of course couldn't find it until today I found a large Tupperware container full of you guessed it 147g Hydra Shock JHP. Well in my hast to load them up I made a mistake setting up the beam scale and would have loaded them at 10g power pistol instead of 5.0g. OK now I would have caught it anyway as 10g wouldn't fit in the case. But I caught it before I put powder in the cases. I need to get better lighting over the scale is all. Craig

I'll be brief. Bought a new lamp for the work bench. Bought   stuff to build a brass catcher that Velcros to your arm. I will update on that as I go. Craig

With the new lamp turned on I found a Tupperware bowl full of 147g and others 9mm. I think it was a pull down mix order as I am loading all weights of 9mm now. Boy I need to shoot these up as I have a zillion of them. Craig

I have a really comfortable LED headlight that I wear. I started doing it about 15 years ago when Luxeon came out with 1W while LED's. I stuck one with a driver circuit into a regular headlight and ran with it until the industry finally caught up. I've always got a fresh set of batteries charged and ready to go and they run for a long time - usually and entire loading session.

I like that the light always shines where I'm looking and it really lights things up well. That all said, once I get all my loading gear moved, I'm thinking about adding some bench and press-mounted LED's to add a little more light.

Yeah I have the problem of having to move too often and stuff gets lost. My problem lately is I am finding stuff that I forgot I had. Don't really need much of it now but it's more in the way than anything else. The lighting has been a problem always but much worse in the last 10 years or so. Craig

Head lamps, don't leave home without one..! I use mine a lot, early morning it is with me when I mix up my horse feed for the "gang's" breakfast, at Zero dark early hours...

Just the ticket for working on small things that need the magnifying glasses and extra light, great for when I sharpen the chain on my chain saw.

Also useful when backing up in the dark with my ATV.

In the winter time it is just part of my headgear.

OK just bought a head lamp and it works great. Can't wait to use it for real. Craig

I have a couple of different places where my reloading equipment is. One of them the lighting is a bit marginal, I use my head lamp there.
