I've learned that lots of people that like guns also like guitars. I started playing again at 44yrs. old.

Mine is an Odessa electrical accoustic. I haven't
played it in years, and now can't due to my neuropathy.

My first was many years ago, a Silvertone.

I'm almost completely musically tone-deaf.
So, no guitar for me, I can't even sing on
key! We all have our talents and weak
points. They tried to teCh me to play one
of those simple $5 "recorder" whistle tube
things that you blow through and cover the
holes with your fingers when I was in
school a long time ago that are supposed
to be like one of the simplest beginner
things to teach that all the other kids
took to fairly well. All I did was make
noise and frustrate the teacher.

I bought a guitar from J.C. Penney when I was in high school. Never did learn how to play very well. After the kids were born, the ex decided to let them destroy it...

The son remembered it after he got older and is into guitars big time. At least it did somebody some good.

I still listen to some Ted Nugent now and again.

That's pretty much guns 'n guitars!

If you're ever feeling down, just remember you are an American and listen to Stranglehold.
